Cuba Archive’s database of documented cases of death and disappearances resulting from the Cuban revolution is a work in progress constantly updated. Three cases recently came to our attention from sources with access to privileged information —high-raking defectors from Cuba’s Directorate of Intelligence (DGI). Below are two case summaries of U.S. citizens killed in 1968 and 1985; one case cannot be documented for lack of sufficient information. These stories, as those of the other Americans on our list, illustrate the Cuban regime’s longstanding and flagrant disregard for civilized behavior. What´s more, its promotion and participation in terrorism and subversion –corroborated.
